What exactly is VitalFace™ used for?

VitalFace™ deeply cleanses your skin with ultrasound. It painlessly removes blackheads, excess oil, and dead skin cells, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and radiant.


Is it painful?

Not at all, there is no mechanical action. The vibrations are gentle and non-invasive. You only feel a slight, pleasant shiver on your skin, never any pain or tightness.


Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! VitalFace™ is suitable for all skin types, even the most reactive. Simply use gently and moisturize your skin well afterward.


How often should I use it?

It all depends on the mode used:

Cleaning: 1x per week

Hydration: 3x per week

Lifting: 2x per week


Can I use it if I have acne?

You can use it on non-inflamed areas. Just avoid red or open spots to avoid further irritating your skin.


Should I apply a product before use?

Yes, your skin should always be moist. Depending on your needs, apply a serum/oil/gel/milk...


Does this replace a treatment at a salon?

It's a great alternative between appointments, or for those who don't have the time or budget. The results are stunning from the first at-home session.


Is it rechargeable or battery operated?

Yes, VitalFace™ simply recharges with a USB cable. It's wireless, convenient, and portable.


Are the results visible quickly and lasting?

Absolutely. The more regularly you use it, the clearer, softer, and more radiant your skin will remain.


How to clean it?

Simply wipe the spatula with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol or soapy water after each use. It's quick, clean, and hygienic.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 30 euros in Metropolitan France.

For other countries, fees vary depending on the destination.


What are the preparation and shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

They are delivered in 2/3/4 weeks for Europe (UP TO YOU TO MODIFY)


How can I check the status of my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, from which your item will be shipped.

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the delivery progress on our website under the "Track My Order" tab using your email address and order number.


How to place an order?

Simply select your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as PayPal payments. Checks and money orders are not accepted.


Is payment secure?

Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe and Paypal secure payment systems.


I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.


I ordered several items and only received part of my order, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive within the next few days.


I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?

We're sorry, but this can happen. Please contact us, explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, and we'll do our best to find a solution.


I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before returning them).

Returns are made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility, communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.

What are the conditions for benefiting from the “Satisfied or your money back” guarantee?

You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.


In which cases will I not be able to be reimbursed?

  1. If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.

  2. If the shipment did not arrive at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.

  3. If the return process has not been followed.
